Unplug the modem from the system and then uninstall the drivers by running ZTremove from the Modem Utilities & Drivers floppy disk. Go to Control Panel | System - Modem and verify that there is no Zoom modem listed. If there is anything listed under Other devices that refers to an Unknown USB device, remove it. Also check under Universal Host Controller and remove any USB Composite devices that are listed. Reboot the system and plug the modem into a different USB port, then direct Windows to the floppy disk when it ask for drivers.
